Here is a great deal on an Artemas DCT Tank. These have been around for a while and have been making an impact. These are one of the best mass produced tanks I can find. They have solid metal caps and a locking ring that holds the flanged cartomizer in place. These work with both Smoktech and Boge flanged XL cartomizers.
