The industries leading vaping show host Vaughn Live has launched Vapers.tv. The vaping community has become so big that it needed its own place to grow and prosper. The migration will be painless and it was super simple to move Novabroadcasting.org over. All your artwork, followers, and ban lists will follow your migration and your old Vaughn URL will redirect to your new vapers.tv location.
I applaud the move and think its a great idea for the community as well as a smart marketing move.
Days prior to this momentous occasion they received a cease and desist letter. This was from one of the vaping networks that use their free service. They wouldn't mention who - but Mark did say openly that vaping and TV are part of their name.
I'd say that narrows it down.
Vaughn has quickly moved to trademark their new name and said they will fight. They also plan on exposing the Vape channel responsible if the threats of lawsuits become a reality.
Id like to personally thank the people at Vaughn for the work they do in the vaping community and keeping up
with Mod Envy :)
