Sony is coming out with the next generation 18650. The US18650VTC5. This new battery holds the same 30 AMP limit as its previous two generations but now has 400 more Milli-amp hours than the V4. This gives it a total of 2600mAh.
New battery technology is exciting because it does not just effect vaping. This also effects things like the tablet, laptop, and cellphone industries. We should see these hitting the shelf soon - they have already made their way on to whole websites.
