HUH?: THE $90.00 NAUTILUS TANK - THE KABUKI BY HOUSE OF HYBRIDS
So here we have the latest incarnation from The House of Hybrids. It seems the high end mod / atomizer builders (whats left of them) like Vicious Ant and now Zen see the fill and vape as an avenue to sell their new products. Zen has opted to use the Aspire nautilus tank heads. While the nautilus tank is still somewhat relevant - it will be 4 generations old by the time the Aspire Triton hits the streets.
His reasoning for using the nautilus tank heads? Flavor
Whats more shocking is Zen opting for a Kayfun airflow system. While it's an ancient but good airflow system - it still makes me wonder if Zen got a good deal on Kayfun bases because no one buys them anymore.
I mean really? Hex wrenches to adjust your airflow in 2015?
Now I could be wrong - this combination old with older could make for an epic vape.
I'm just looking at it from a buyers perspective.
While the tank is ultra premium with fused quartz crystal tanks and high end stainless steel - in the end its a Nautilus tank with a Kayfun airflow system.
What is gained by this? Is it worth $80-$90? You decide.
The cheapest I could find this was Mt Baker Vapor.
Normally these are 90 bucks but my coupon knocks it down 11%.
