The Magneto has a bottom mounted magnetic switch with a collar that can be screwed down to lock the switch so it can be carried in your pocket or purse without fear of inadvertant firing.  The switch uses opposing magnetic poles to keep the switch out.  It has a nice easy feel to it that is unlike any other switch.

The Magneto is telescopic so you can use flat or button top Li-ion, IMR or NiMH batteries in varying sizes including 16340,18350, 18500, 18650 Li-ion and our 4.8 NiHM battery.  It is made of stainless steel to give it a great finished look.
