Ok so its a Vivi nova right? Yes - but they have come a very long way. These are made by smoktech and have some neat features. The inner tube is Pyrex and it sits inside a polycarb tube that protects it from shattering if you drop it.

Champion V2 Pyrex ViVi Nova Tanks
The Champion is an awesome tank. The V2 is a ViVi Nova tank that
holds approximately 1.6 mL of e-Liquid. What I love about it is that it
has a Pyrex inside liner so you get all of the benefits of a glass
tank, but the outer part of the tank is plastic so it protects the
glass.
We have seen the same great vapor production and excellent hit from
the champion that we have from other ViVi Nova tanks. What is also
great is that the center pin on the 510 connection is spring loaded so
you should never have a problem with connectivity. There are
replacement coils in a variety of resistances and the coils for the Smok
Tech Redux and the Smok Tech ViVi Novas are interchangeable. It is a
510 compatible tank and comes with a removable 510 drip tip. The top
unscrews for easy filling. The bottom unscrews to replace the coils.
To replace the coils unscrew the bottom of the tank. Unscrew the
coil at the top of the center pole and install a new one. The Champion
tank is about 19mm in diameter and has a total length of 71mm with the
drip tip installed.
