A GLITCH IN THE ZNA MATRIX OR IS SOMETHING NEW COMING?

This picture was emailed to me this morning and is all over Facebook. 

It appears to be a ZNA lite going to 42 Watts. So what does this mean?  

With all the ZNA clone rumors running around (with actual photos) and mod makers constantly upgrading - it could be a number of things.

• A leaked screenshot of a new board from Evolv? DNA50?
• A ZNA clone running a 50 watt China board?
• A legit ZNA with its board replaced by a 50 watt China board?
• An Evolv board that went haywire and is displaying 42 Watts?  
• <insert another reason here>

There are plenty of new 50 watt boards coming out - so seeing something that looks like a ZNA firing 42 watts wouldn't surprise me.  The question is - who is producing it - if at all?
