The Novice is a simple telescoping mechanical mod that uses a 14500 battery. It's is very compact, no larger than an eGo battery, and is perfect for stealth vaping. It makes use of a bottom button and locking ring (not reverse-threaded). The entire mod is made of stainless steel which is very durable and won't tarnish. The Novice comes with a pre-installed 510-threaded single-coil RDA and a long drip tip, but is compatible with most 510 drip tips. Under the coil is a small drip well, allowing you to drip more liquid than you'd expect. The Novice also features the obligatory vent holes for added safety and won't fire under it's own weight when unlocked. BREAKING: White House Deletes FDA E-Cigarette Regulations

The White House has significantly modified proposed Food and Drug Administration (FDA) tobacco regulations, so that the online sale of e-cigarettes is not restricted, Reuters reported Wednesday.

Charged with analyzing the economic implications of policy, the White House’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) looked in detail at the FDA draft, which had included a prohibition of non-face-to-face sales, in effect banning online sales.

OMB changed the language, so that the ban applies only to vending machines. Due to lobbying from the cigar industry, OMB also addressed cigars, modifying the existing two-part rule which separates regulated from unregulated into a two-option rule, which exempts premium cigars.

A GLITCH IN THE ZNA MATRIX OR IS SOMETHING NEW COMING?

This picture was emailed to me this morning and is all over Facebook. 

It appears to be a ZNA lite going to 42 Watts. So what does this mean?  

With all the ZNA clone rumors running around (with actual photos) and mod makers constantly upgrading - it could be a number of things.

• A leaked screenshot of a new board from Evolv? DNA50?
• A ZNA clone running a 50 watt China board?
• A legit ZNA with its board replaced by a 50 watt China board?
• An Evolv board that went haywire and is displaying 42 Watts?  
• <insert another reason here>

There are plenty of new 50 watt boards coming out - so seeing something that looks like a ZNA firing 42 watts wouldn't surprise me.  The question is - who is producing it - if at all?
