The VAMO APV (Advanced Personal Vaporizer) is an affordable but full-featured electronic cigarette. It has shown to be very reliable and has similar features to the newest version of the high-end ZMax. When you use the VAMO you
can choose to either vary the voltage setting (from 3 to 6 volts in .1
volt increments) or the power (from 3 to 15 watts in .5 watt
increments).
With other APVs you generally have to make a decision to purchase either a full size or a mini size.
A full size e-cig is great when you are at home relaxing, as you can
use large batteries and vape for most of the day on a single charge. On
the other hand, when you are out and about and want convenience and maybe a bit of stealth, the mini mode is what you want.
With the VAMO, you get the best of both worlds.
Use either a single 18650 or two 18350 cells with the extender tube
and you have a full size device. Take off the extender tube, use just
one 18350 cell and now you are in mini mode. It doesn't get any more
convenient or flexible than this

It seems HongKong post wants to show everyone they really care about the postal system and has been stopping packages with batteries. This is causing a delay in a lot of packages coming from China. MANY vapors need replacement batteries NOW!
This ONLY applies to batteries (unknown if egos are effected). All other ecig related items will ship just fine. I also believe this is a temporary crackdown - its been in place since January and only now being enforced.
This may have a serious effect on battery supplies here in the USA in the short term.
