Just 12 hours hours after breaking the news of China's 22W board we have learned new revelations. The 30 Watt capability is nothing more than a software upgrade to the chip.   They make a number of chips but the one im looking at is the DIY 20/25/30 Watt chip that looks pretty great.  Its also very customizable to the modders needs. 

As these first 30 watt Chinese chips get cloned by other companies the price will become INCREDIBLY low.  Also -  wattage limits will continue to rise quickly as more and more companies jump on the bandwagon requesting higher limits to have the next sound byte.

THE YEAR OF THE 26650: THE BIG NASTY - AN EXAMPLE OF HOW ITS DONE!

I didn't want to pimp this until I actually bought it.  As I predicted this would be the year of the 26650 and the Big Nasty is a prime example of what the community has been waiting for.  The Big Nasty goes a step beyond.  In terms of an American made mechanical, its at a reasonable price.  We have seen mod makers charge twice as much for essentially a battery tube with some cake decorating on it.  Thus, the clones have taken over and many mod makers are having a hard time selling their once prized products.

The Big nasty is a rock solid mechanical, has a beefy magnetic switch, and little voltage loss.   Mix that with a 26650 design and a high amp 26650  - and you will tickle even the most skeptical sub-ohmer in their "nono" spot.

In terms of size the Big Nasty is 38mm wide but is shorter than the 18650 Poldiac. 
Its girth tapers nicely at the top to complete the 23mm finish.    A thing of beauty.

The Vortex features stainless steel construction, but with something special: PMMA windows in the steel cap. Where's the airhole? It's in the PMMA, making it ridiculously easy to drill out or even add an additional hole if desired. The positive pin is offset and both connections are thumbscrews for an easy and versatile build. Comes with the drip tip.

Ok.. at first glance... WTF IS THIS???

Im calling this the Innokin Shower head.

In short - this is a new variable voltage device that plugs into your car's cigarette lighter.  There is a cable with a 510 connector that plugs into the side.  The user would dial in the voltage and vape away.   Very interesting!   This would be the first purpose built mod for a car.   The video below shows the vaper using the cable that plugs into the above device.

Inline volt meters have been around for years and have been a necessary tool for vapers.  Today Madvapes has released revision 2 - and they are about $5.00 cheaper than the original. These are a must for anyone looking to test battery voltage, voltage drop / under load. 

THE HARD COPY:

These 3 digit Red LED displays will show the voltage of an attached DC power source with an accuracy of .005 volts!

These are assembled into a small clear tube with 510 connectors and will show voltage of the battery and voltage under load with an atomizer attached. These indicators may not work properly with devices that use switching or pulsing regulators and will just flash. Reads 2.8 to 25.2 volts. Updates at about 2 second intervals.
