The FDA cannot stop you from buying nicotine. What they CAN stop from doing is buying a premixed bottle of juice. For the FDA to stop this they would have to ban all flavors in everything AND ban nicotine or schedule it as a drug which means big tobacco can't sell cigarettes or use their new heated tobacco system.
So please be sure to pick up your "HEMP" flavoring!
