What’s so great about temperature control? When paired with a compatible, nickel wire coil, the chip senses the temperature of that coil to ensure you never get a dry hit! How? The simplest way to describe it is that a dry coil heats up faster and hotter. The chip senses that and throttles the power to the coil to ensure the coil and wicking don’t overheat and deliver a dry hit. As long as the wicking is providing adequate juice to the coil, keeping it wet and ready to vaporize juice, power won’t be throttled. You can of course also use any atomizer with a kanthal coil and a resistance ranging from a low 0.16 to 2.0 ohms without engaging the temperature control.
