It looks like an EVIC head doesnt it? Its actually a 510 to ego adapter but with a drip well. I think its pretty damn cool. If you have a mod that needs an ego adapter, you can have a drip well to catch leaking juice.
For the cost of a normal 510 to ego adapter - why not give this a try?
